This is Michelangelo By Oneida from 1970. This demitasse size spoon happens to have been discontinued by Oneida before it moved overseas in 2005. They probably stopped because people decided they'd rather suck coffee and cappuccino in their SUV's through a plastic lid and there is little to no market for these little cuties anymore.
Oneida still sells this pattern and it is the most ornate pattern currently available. Looking through the Oneida catalog, Michelangelo is hard to miss. It's gone through all 3 stages, From Sterling to Silverplate, and finally to stainless where it remains today. It left other similar patterns like Brahms and Raphael in the dust and is one of the most popular patterns today.
This ring is sturdy, authentic, and not adjustable by hand. I can make this ring in all sizes from 5 - 9
