This is Brahms By Oneida from 1979. This pattern was discontinued in 2004. and is named after Johannes Brahms, the famous German composer. This demitasse size ring has some beautiful windows in it and a rose in the center. The inside of the band says Oneida Community.
This ring is sturdy, authentic, and not adjustable by hand. I can make this ring in sizes 5-9
