Louisiana is a Gorham pattern from 1924. It's actually an Alvin pattern which sold under Gorham. It's a nice Gorham quality pattern nonetheless. Louisiana is very art deco and has a nice convex center and a deep textured border. Louisiana is hard to find and is also one of my favorite art deco patterns. It's convex shape and intricate detail make it a one of a kind. Louisiana is an attractive, high quality silverware pattern.
